Select Azure Dedicated Host SKUs will be retired on 31 March 2023

Azure Dedicated Hosts SKUs such as Dsv3-Type1, Dsv3-Type2, Esv3-Type1, and Esv3-Type2 will be retired on 31 March 2023. Upgrade your hosts to the recommended Dedicated Host SKUs.
