General availability: Azure Log Analytics in Germany West Central, UAE North, & Switzerland West

Log Analytics, a feature of Azure Monitor, is now generally available for customers to start collecting telemetry and analyzing their services for health and usage in Germany West Central, UAE North, & Switzerland West .
