Azure Stack integration with Azure Government Secret cloud

Work is currently in progress to allow Azure Stack operators in government organizations to connect their Azure Stacks to the Azure Government Secret cloud for identity, Pay-As-You-Go billing, marketplace syndication, and hybrid scenarios.
