App Service BizTalk Hybrid Connections: end of life on May 31, 2018

BizTalk Hybrid Connections will reach end of life on May 31, 2018. To avoid problems, you should migrate from BizTalk Hybrid Connections to the new Azure Relay–based Hybrid Connections.
